Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – ITOM Implementation

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules, especially around CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.

• Design, configure, and implement solutions across ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
• Discovery (horizontal and vertical using patterns and probes)
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Orchestration (Flow Designer & legacy Workflow)
• Cloud Management

Responsibilities include designing and building integration solutions using REST and SOAP APIs, working with infrastructure and application teams, and maintaining documentation of configurations and scripts.

We are looking for a highly analytical individual with strong communication skills who can work independently.
