This hybrid role requires a senior-level professional with expertise in ServiceNow solutions to drive technology architecture, design strategy, and platform governance.

• A key responsibility is to act as a hands-on leader, solution designer, and internal expert driving best practices, guiding project delivery teams, and ensuring continuous leverage of the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.
• The architect will define reusable solution frameworks and reference architectures across IT service management, IT operations management, human resources service delivery, and custom applications.
