ServiceNow Solution Architect Hybrid

We're seeking a strategic leader with hands-on experience overseeing the implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules. This role manages cross-functional teams, drives technical excellence, and supports continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects from design through deployment.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
• Manage cross-functional project teams consisting of developers, architects, analysts, and key business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL, Agile, and CSDM frameworks and governance standards.
