ServiceNow Architect Position Overview About the Role:

This position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions from development to deployment and ongoing support. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective governance of these solutions.

• Software Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow software solutions to meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams comprising technical staff, business stakeholders, and vendors to achieve shared objectives.
• Application Governance: Establish and enforce application governance policies for ServiceNow modules and integrations to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and experience working with collaborative tools like SharePoint 365, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps. At least 7 years of experience in IT product development and management is required for this role.
