About The Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functional teams to design, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, availability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Perform routine system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams on upgrades and patching.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Document administrative processes and resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB modules.
• Active ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification verification required via .
• Proficient in JavaScript and system administration.
• Experience with performance tuning and issue troubleshooting.
• Agile environment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) SPM and/or APM.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
• Experience with integrations and automation on the ServiceNow platform.
