Senior ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance

Job Summary As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and administering existing network and systems architectures. This includes managing hardware, software, physical cabling, and IP address management. You will also handle the virtualization environment, servers, authentication services and policies, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.

Key Responsibilities Operation and Maintenance: Oversee release management, upgrades, patches, change packages (enhancements/fixes), and problem reports

Network and Systems Performance: Monitor, maintain, and report on performance, ensuring optimal operation

Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting: Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and benchmarking following established procedures

Network Administration: Manage firewalls, tools, and Web Proxy services. Create and maintain network and systems diagrams and administration documentation (SOPs). Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of all hardware and software.

Support Services:

Provide enterprise firewall management, application and automation engineering, incident management/governance risk compliance engineering, and enterprise packet capture management engineering. Security Infrastructure - Application Engineer and

Application Development: Utilize Python for programming and developing applications to enhance efficiencies

Automation Integration: Integrate automation solutions with Ansible and Cisco NSO

Control Strategies: Recommend new control strategies for operational processes

Production Support: Deliver, monitor, and support production applications

Technical Advisory: Provide technical advice on implementation and architecture design

Threat Detection: Assist in threat detection activities across teams

Documentation and Performance Tuning: Maintain system documentation and tune system performance

Required Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Developer or Admin A total of 8 years of applicable experience, which can be a combination of degree and work history Recent experience in a data-centric operations environment utilizing commercial tools for actionable insights and situational awareness. Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
