ITSM Developer

Job Description

We seek an experienced ITSM Developer for our Data Center Operations team in San Francisco. You'll design, develop, and maintain IT service management workflows using Atlassian products.

• Implement advanced JIRA workflows and automation rules.
• Develop integrations between JIRA and other systems using REST APIs.

You will work closely with infrastructure teams to deliver automation-first solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience as a JIRA/Atlassian administrator and expertise in workflow development and automation.

• JIRA/Atlassian administration with focus on workflow development and automation.
• ITIL framework knowledge and implementation in technical environments.

A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and relevant experience are essential. Knowledge of data center or cloud infrastructure environments is a plus.
