Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to evaluate and enhance our end-to-end endpoint lifecycle ITSM/ITAM program. The focus will be on designing enterprise asset management structures, including global end-of-life programs, disposal, and lease returns. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cradle-to-grave ITAM models and solutions architecture.
• Assess and improve governance processes, standards, and methodologies for software project delivery and technology portfolio management.
• Lead initiatives in hardware asset management using ServiceNow, focusing on end-of-life evaluations, technical architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage third-party vendors and drive process improvements.
