ServiceNow and Workday Integration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow and Workday Integration Specialist to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert. As a technical SME, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the deployment, configuration, and best practices of integrating connectors with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow and Workday integration, as well as familiarity with conversational AI platforms or extensibility frameworks. A strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and enterprise integration is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical SME for ServiceNow and Workday connectors within the FastTrack program
• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and best practices for integrating connectors with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance connector performance, reliability, and feature capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow or Workday integration
• Experience with conversational AI platforms or extensibility frameworks
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and enterprise integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI workflows is preferred
