[Remote] ServiceNow Architect | Telecom Domain (Remote, US)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Global IT Con. LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Telecom Network Inventory and Telecom Service Management modules. The ideal candidate will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance while collaborating with stakeholders for solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions in the telecom domain.
• Configure and optimize TNI and TSM modules for service operations and network management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, and ERP.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance in line with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for solution delivery.

Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience, with 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong knowledge of TNI and TSM modules (mandatory).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM.
• Hands-on expertise in integration, automation, and platform governance.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodology.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or Architect).
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
