[Remote] ServiceNow CMDB Container Discovery Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. E-IT is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Container Discovery Consultant who will focus on the implementation and optimization of the CMDB Container Discovery Solution. The role involves utilizing ServiceNow skills to manage discovery processes, analyze results, and ensure accurate data ingestion into the CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience with ServiceNow CMDB, to include the Discovery product. Ability to modify schedules, execute Discovery runs, analyze results, and remediate issues/errors identified.
• Intermediate understanding of infrastructure containers and how they function, within the context of discovering container(s) for ingestion into the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Understanding of CI tables and relationships in the ServiceNow CMDB related to container discovery.
• Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills.
• Prior experience in setting up Service Graph Connectors or working with import sets/transforming data within the CMDB via the IRE.
