Purpose

We are in search of a skilled and energetic Solution Consultant to bolster our ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and ITOM solutions. This role involves being a trusted advisor, demonstrating solution value, leading technical discussions, and facilitating successful sales activities.

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with sales teams to discern client requirements and recommend custom solutions using ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.
  • Conduct engaging product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to highlight ServiceNow's value.
  • Interact with client stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leaders, to understand challenges and sync ServiceNow features with business objectives.
  • Develop solution architectures and workflows to show how ServiceNow can enhance processes and solve client issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Keep informed on the latest in ServiceNow platform updates, features, and market trends to meet client needs.
  • Assist in client workshops, discovery sessions, and in-depth technical discussions to boost confidence in ServiceNow solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure congruence between proposed and deliverable solutions.
  • Act as a technical intermediary during pre-sales, swiftly addressing client queries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years in pre-sales or technical consulting roles, focusing on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.
  • Proven track record in designing and presenting complex technical solutions clearly.
  • Mastery of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customizations.
  • Firm grasp of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities to engage varied audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Commitment to ongoing education in new ServiceNow technologies.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or cloud solution pre-sales.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies like REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Now Assist and Creator Assist tools.
  • Experience with telephony cloud solution integration (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect).
  • Experience with ITOM-related monitoring tools.
  • Project management experience or qualification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).

Required Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
