About the Job

Servicenow Cmdb Developer needed to design and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions. Work closely with application owners, infrastructure, and database teams to troubleshoot application mapping failures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing solutions when collected documentation does not illustrate all connections to nodes, servers, switches, databases, and applications;
• Working with systems managers to ensure Discovery tool has appropriate access and permissions to capture configuration information;
• Collaborating with application owners to create and validate service maps for all ITS applications;
• Performing day-to-day administration of ServiceNow Service Mapping/Discovery tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool and updating discovery configurations for deeper network penetration;
• Providing visibility to Discovery's performance and issues via development and deployment of unified CMDB dashboards;
• Collaborating with infrastructure architects to understand IT technology strategy that guides requirements gathering;
