Lead Employee Center Portal and Team Member Journeys in ServiceNow and mobile platforms. Collaborate with HR, Internal Comms, and tech teams to deliver intuitive solutions enhancing team member engagement and productivity.
Ideal candidates bring Agile, UI/UX, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent, onsite role requiring 5 days a week presence in Irvine, CA or Irving, TX. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow
- Extensive experience with Journeys and Portals
- Experience building customer-centric products in digital environments
- Skilled in executive storytelling and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with prioritization models and product management tools
