Job Overview

Cognizant's Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS) drives digital transformation by modernizing infrastructure and workplaces. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, developing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation to streamline processes.
• Customize the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, UI development, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve code and platform issues; support and maintain existing solutions.

Key Skills: ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ServiceNow Integration, ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Support and Administration.

Requirements:

• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications via APIs.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
