As a highly motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst at GSPANN Technologies, Inc., you will serve as a crucial liaison between stakeholders and our ServiceNow development team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and needs within the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between business users and the development team.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements related to ServiceNow implementations. Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
- Certified in ServiceNow (Admin or Developer).
