Job Overview:
Crowe is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Senior Consultant to enhance our expanding ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This position is perfect for individuals with substantial ServiceNow expertise ready to lead client projects, manage delivery teams, and engage in business development. As a Senior Consultant, you will take charge of solution delivery from design to implementation and mentor junior members while contributing to the growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete client projects involving various ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps), ensuring quality delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and managing their expectations.
- Transform complex business needs into effective, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions to guide solution development.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, supervising team execution.
- Showcase ServiceNow capabilities in sales demos to prospective clients.
- Assist in proposal crafting, statement of work (SOW) creation, and pre-sales engagement.
- Guide and nurture junior staff, enhancing their technical and consulting skills.
- Contribute to best practices, tools, and knowledge sharing to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate on thought leadership and the development of our practice.
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow solution configuration and implementation.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and other third-party tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing ServiceNow delivery projects.
- Prior experience in business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
- One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Ability to independently lead client projects and actively engage in business development.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow solution delivery.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is $74,100 - $147,800, adjusted based on various factors including skills, experience, and business needs. Most new hires will not be offered salaries at the top of this range.
