Crowe is seeking an individual with a strong background in ServiceNow who is ready to take charge of client projects, manage delivery teams, and engage in business development initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing solution delivery from design to implementation. You will also play a key role in growing our practice by leading sales demonstrations, assisting in proposal development, and mentoring junior team members. We are looking for entrepreneurial, client-service oriented candidates who have a passion for expanding their ServiceNow and consulting leadership skills. Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive client projects across various ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps), ensuring exceptional delivery standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing trustful relationships and managing expectations.
• Convert complex business needs into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct workshops and design sessions with clients to define solution strategies.
• Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, while supervising the work of junior staff.
• Present sales demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's unique approach.
• Assist in proposal preparations, statements of work, and pre-sales efforts.
• Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their technical and consulting competencies.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on innovative thought leadership and practice-building initiatives. Desired Skills
• Strong hands-on ability in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
• Familiar with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Proven experience in leading ServiceNow delivery projects and guiding junior staff members.
• Experience in business development activities, including demos and proposals, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional organizational skills. Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
• One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications is preferred.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus. Qualifications
• 2+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Ability to lead client projects independently and support business development efforts.
• Demonstrated success in delivering ServiceNow solutions that fulfill client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required for client engagements.

The wage range for this role is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year. This range considers various factors including skill sets, experience, and certifications.
