- Strategic sales leadership: develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities across NDBS-supported industries.
- Client engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Solution positioning: clearly articulate the value proposition of Servicenow's platform, demonstrating how it addresses complex business and operational requirements.
- Collaboration: work closely with NDBS account executives (AEs) and internal teams—including product management, marketing, and professional services—to drive Servicenow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
- Market intelligence: stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: minimum of 7 years in enterprise software sales with a proven record of success in solution-based selling.
- Sales pipeline: demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of $30M+ with consistent year-over-year growth.
- Technical acumen: familiarity with the Servicenow platform and solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, FSM, IRM/GRC, or CSM). Servicenow sales or presales certifications are a plus.
- Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Education: bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
