- *Job Description:** A Senior ServiceNow Architect is required to develop and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and architecting ServiceNow applications, leading roadmap development, and defining governance for platform usage.
The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints, providing technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins, and evaluating new features, plugins, and integrations.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions
- Lead roadmap development and define governance for platform usage
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture
- Create and maintain architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins
- Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations
- *Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module - ITSM or ITOM
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes
Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow (e.g., Predictive Intelligence)
Proven experience with ServiceNow application development, scripting, and workflows
Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, CMDB, Monitoring Tools, HR Systems)
Deep knowledge of platform architecture, MID servers, ACLs, and service portal design
Excellent customer skills, comfortable influencing senior executives
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies
Experience integrating external, non-ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities with ServiceNow
Familiarity with ITOM integrations with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP ],
