ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

This role is part of the SCITLS initiative, which ensures 24/7 IT services and network support across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. We need a solutions engineer who can design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices
• Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems
• Ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions
