ServiceNow Product Owner

Job Description:

• Define a compelling product vision and strategy for PDS Health's Employee Center Portal (Intranet) and Team Member Journeys.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather insights and integrate feedback into the product roadmap.
• Own and manage the product backlog for ServiceNow Journeys, Portal, and Virtual Assistant.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a solid grasp of the product development lifecycle and Agile principles. Responsibilities:

• Communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Partners with BTAs, Digital Ambassadors, HR, Internal Communications, and Operations stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog for ServiceNow Journeys, Portal, and Virtual Assistant.

The role requires strong UI/UX background, experience building or optimizing mobile apps or mobile-first platforms, and exceptional organizational skills.
