ServiceNow Integrator Role Overview

This role involves enhancing ServiceNow capabilities, integrating systems, and driving improvement of IT Service Management for the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). Key Responsibilities

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities.
• Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules.
• Foster platform-wide interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories.
• Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology + 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Experience leading complex Integration projects utilizing the PMI framework. Desired Skills and Experience
• Prefer Masters degree in IT field and 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong preference for individuals with ServiceNow certifications.

This is a remote position within the United States. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to obtain FAA Public Trust clearance.
