  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform to address complex business and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies. Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years in enterprise software sales with a proven record of success in solution-based selling.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of $30M+ with consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
