ServiceNow-Nuvolo Implementation Specialist

About the Role

This position requires strong customer-facing interaction skills and hands-on technical management and development of project documents.

Responsibilities

• Full SDLC experience in facilitating the implementation of Enterprise COTS Business Applications within the Federal Government.
• Must be detail oriented and strong communication with Customer and actively promote collaboration and communication across the development team.
• Contribute to cloud-based IWMS consisting of ServiceNow Platform PaaS and third-party Nuvolo SaaS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Ten (10) or more years' project experience with Enterprise COTS implementation.
• Three (5) or more years' experience implementation of ServiceNow.
