ServiceNow Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. They'll be able to gather requirements, transform business needs into functional specifications, and provide ITSM support to the business and customers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements from business stakeholders
• Providing ITSM support to the business and customers
• Completing back-end support, troubleshooting, system integrations, upgrades, administration, and maintenance of the Customer's ITSM tool(s)
• Analyzing existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow configuration and customization

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience with ITSM practices, with at least 5 years of experience working in the ServiceNow space
• A solid understanding of the ITIL model/framework
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its core modules (ITSM)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
