As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at Persistent Technology Inc., you will lead process re-engineering, automation strategy, and data integration to modernize procurement, contract administration, invoice workflows, and asset lifecycle management while ensuring auditability, sustainability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BPI efforts to re-engineer OCFO workflows leveraging ServiceNow CAM; document end-to-end procedures for asset and contract lifecycle management.
- Integrate ServiceNow CAM with procurement planning, contract administration, and invoice review workflows; align with FHFA policies and audit readiness needs.
- Define implementation strategy and conduct feasibility assessments for ServiceNow CAM as an FHFA-approved technology; produce configuration recommendations that reduce manual processes and improve workforce productivity.
- Ensure solutions remain auditable, sustainable, and compliant with FHFA security and technology requirements; adhere to CUI handling procedures and Rules of Behavior.
- Design dashboards and performance monitoring in ServiceNow; integrate contract and asset data across OCFO and relevant FHFA units; support data governance and OCIO policies.
- Develop migration, configuration, and integration designs (data models, flows, ACLs, catalog/workflows, discovery, SSO/MFA).
- Create deliverables (solution designs, SOPs, test plans, ATO/security artifacts inputs) and provide bi-weekly status reporting per COR direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (OCFO, OCIO, auditors, shared service providers) and mentor delivery team members. Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, including 3+ years as a solutions/enterprise architect.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/Hardware Asset Management and Contract Management; strong preference for CAM implementations in federal financial/regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated integration experience with financial management, procurement, invoicing, and asset lifecycle functions.
- Proven ability to design compliant, auditable solutions aligned to NIST 800-171 practices and FedRAMP-authorized SaaS environments.
- Experience producing SOPs, process narratives, test scripts, and dashboard/reporting artifacts.
- Strong knowledge of role-based access control, data protection, logging, and evidence capture for audits.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain FHFA Public Trust (HSPD-12) suitability; willingness to complete required security/privacy/CUI training.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to brief leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
