ServiceNow Business Process Re-engineering Specialist

Job Summary

Support the National Science Foundation's Regional Convergence Accelerator Program modernization initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and optimize business processes to align RCAP capabilities with NSF grants management objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions for new features, analyze current workflows, and recommend solutions leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality.
• Partner with developers, architects, and process owners to integrate new and existing business processes across RCAP and related grants programs. Requirements
• Background investigation and Public Trust security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of five years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, or systems implementation.
