Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apolis is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to assist clients in implementing Service Management practices based on industry standards. The role involves leveraging IT Service Management to optimize and ensure compliance using the ServiceNow platform, while also providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with Service Integration and Management consultants, you will assist clients in the implementation of Service Management practices based on client and industry standards.
• Is responsible for leveraging IT Service Management and other IT Practices to optimize, transform, and ensure IT Organizations are compliant, efficient, and effective using the ServiceNow platform.
• Assists ServiceNow System Administrators, SI Process Consultants and Business Analysts with incident resolution, as needed
• Co-Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services
• Assists ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort
• Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators
• Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion

Skills

• Vulnerability, Integration, and CMDB
• Experience in advanced administering Now Platform
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• Scripting – JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly
• Understanding Agile and SCRUM
• Ability to work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills)
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and work experience in JavaScript/ Angular/ AngularJS
• ServiceNow System Administration certificate
• ServiceNow Training completed for GRC Module; Certification preferred
• Application Creation in ServiceNow
• Demonstrable experience in JavaScript coding
• Experienced in working with relational databases
• Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certificate
• ServiceNow Scripting certificate
