Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Production Support Engineer to join our IT operations team supporting one of our top-tier clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow administration and support, along with hands-on experience in Unix and Oracle SQL environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management within SLA timelines.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ServiceNow, Unix, and Oracle SQL-related issues.
• Develop and deploy minor code fixes and enhancements to improve system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process optimization.
• Conduct system monitoring, health checks, and routine maintenance activities.
• Participate in rotational weekend support and on-call responsibilities.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for operational procedures.

Must Have Skills:

• Service Now
• Unix
• Oracle SQL

Certifications required:

• Service now certified system administrator is a mandatory certification. Other micro certifications in HRSD/ITSM/CSDM could be beneficial
