Our client, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking an IT Regional Manager (US) to lead IT operations, support, and service delivery across multiple U.S. offices. This role oversees regional IT teams, ensures top-tier technical support, and partners with leadership to deliver seamless technology solutions that drive operational excellence and client service. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional IT Support: Ensure high-quality customer service to attorneys and staff while modeling a culture of client service excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Manage regional IT teams, set performance goals, foster continuous learning, and drive adaptability to evolving business and technology needs.
  • Operations Oversight: Maintain optimal uptime and reliability for all office technology, including computers, printers, peripherals, and A/V systems.
  • Service Management: Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to manage and track service requests, ensuring timely escalation, communication, and resolution.
  • Project Implementation: Partner with the PMO and other IT managers to execute regional rollouts of firmwide initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and technology deployments.
  • Technology Partnership: Build trusted relationships with office leaders, providing technical guidance and aligning IT solutions with business priorities.
  • Security & Maintenance: Support infrastructure teams on network performance, security, and compliance; enforce best practices for data protection.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Service Director and other regional managers to deliver a unified, repeatable service model across all offices.
  • Event Support: Oversee technology logistics for enterprise meetings, client presentations, and video conferences.
  • Travel: Periodic travel to regional offices for on-site leadership, team collaboration, and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT management experience in a multi-office or enterprise environment; professional services or law firm experience preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Suite, networking technologies, and remote access tools (Citrix, VPN, iOS wireless).
  • Proficiency with ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and experience managing performance metrics and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
