Maximus Aidvantage is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in ITSM and ITIL processes and the ability to tailor those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Customizing the ServiceNow platform, including configuring workflows, process automations, and system notifications.
  • Developing custom applications utilizing ServiceNow's App Engine architecture.
  • Coordinating with technical teams and external stakeholders to present use cases and offer expert guidance in solution implementation.
  • Providing hands-on development and delivery while suggesting overall architectural improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of critical functionality and proof of concepts.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish effective strategies and frameworks.
  • Architect and design robust application solutions.
  • Guide developers and provide developmental support when needed.
  • Document and diagram application functionality based on business requirements.

Program Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and develop deployment strategies aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, reports, and integrations.
  • Ensure ongoing system maintenance following ServiceNow best practices.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and maintain testing protocols for upgrades.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design and operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Program Specific Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of proven architecture, technical knowledge, and ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations, including version upgrades.
  • Familiarity with the App Engine Management Center.
  • Proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting.
  • Experience with integration technologies.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform features, especially ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB.
  • ServiceNow Implementation certification and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification are required.
  • Expert knowledge in ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and configuration management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to obtain Government Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and currently reside in the U.S.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and not be delinquent on any federal student loans.

Employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable clearance. A PIV-I card is required and must be picked up in person.

Pay Transparency: Compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, and market analysis. The annual salary range is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00.
