ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description:

The Maximus Aidvantage is seeking a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply them within the ServiceNow platform.

The position involves coordinating with technical teams, internal and external stakeholders, and presenting use cases and providing expert guidance on implementing the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.
• Design software components from business requirements.
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
