Someone who can Define and lead the ServiceNow platform strategy, ensuring it aligns with company-wide digital transformation goals.

Oversee the architecture, development, and operational management of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and AppEngine.

Drive the evaluation, adoption, and seamless rollout of new ServiceNow modules and features.

Must have skills

Someone with Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology, where you've consistently delivered scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs.

Hands-on background in ServiceNow, with 7+ years of platform expertise, including 2+ years developing custom applications and another 2+ years shaping architectural decisions that impact enterprise-wide adoption and performance.

ServiceNow certifications including the Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD), which reflect your advanced knowledge of platform configuration, workflow automation, and best practices in ServiceNow implementation.

Proven ability to design and implement complex integrations with third-party applications using both Integration Hub and custom APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and platform interoperability across business systems.
