Job Description:

A ServiceNow Tools Developer/Maintainer will provide recommendations to clients regarding best practices, workflow automation, and usability. They will monitor system health, create and configure client scripts, business rules, ACLs, etc., coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data on ServiceNow, and provide support for 3rd party data integrations.

This role requires a working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning. The ideal candidate should have experience with UI Builder, App Engine Studio, or other solutions to deliver custom UX/UI portal pages/interface/web experiences.
