Title:ServiceNow Platform Senior Support Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator (7 9 years) to lead the operational support, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow environment. This role demands deep expertise in platform administration, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow best practices.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer and optimize ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB)
- Manage users, roles, access controls, and platform health
- Perform upgrades, patching, and ensure release compliance
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests
- Oversee workflows, catalog items, UI policies, and business rules
- Manage integrations via MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs
- Enforce governance, security, and data quality standards
- Collaborate with architects/developers on change management
- Leverage Flow Designer and automation tools
- Mentor junior admins and support end-user training
- *Required Skills:**
- Strong ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience
- Proven integration skills and ITIL/CSDM knowledge
- Familiarity with ATF, Instance Scan, and platform health tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading admin/support teams
