Title:ServiceNow Platform Senior Support Administrator

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator (7 9 years) to lead the operational support, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow environment. This role demands deep expertise in platform administration, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow best practices.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Administer and optimize ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB)
  • Manage users, roles, access controls, and platform health
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and ensure release compliance
  • Troubleshoot incidents and service requests
  • Oversee workflows, catalog items, UI policies, and business rules
  • Manage integrations via MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Enforce governance, security, and data quality standards
  • Collaborate with architects/developers on change management
  • Leverage Flow Designer and automation tools
  • Mentor junior admins and support end-user training
  • *Required Skills:**
  • Strong ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience
  • Proven integration skills and ITIL/CSDM knowledge
  • Familiarity with ATF, Instance Scan, and platform health tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience leading admin/support teams
