Position Overview

• This role is for an experienced technologist within the CMT (Communications, Media, and Technology) Operating Group, focusing on advanced application engineering. The mission is to provide expert architecture and leadership to design, build, and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, specifically tailored for the Telecom industry.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Client Enterprise ServiceNow architect to lead design and build efforts.
• Act as a primary point of contact and a bridge between Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Create System design, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, and user stories.
• Analyze data and manage the migration of sites/applications to the ServiceNow platform.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems.
• Governance and change control for ServiceNow platform enhancements.
• Discuss, capture requirements, recommend solutions, and coordinate development with the scrum team.

• ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT, SOMT) - 10+ years
• ServiceNow Telecom Service and Network Inventory (TSOM, TSM, TNI) - 10+ years
• ServiceNow Integrations Hub & Flow Designer - 10+ years (Mandatory telecom-specific module experience)

Additional Desired Skills

• ServiceNow Migration experience
• Certified CSA, CAD, CIS
• Certified CTA and/or CMA
• Experience with CMDB
• Engineering or IT Education

The ideal candidate is a seasoned ServiceNow Architect (12+ years experience) with mandatory, deep experience in Telecom-specific ServiceNow modules. They should be a strong leader, capable of acting as a bridge between business and technology, providing governance, and driving complex design decisions.
