What You'll Do
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire ServiceNow product lifecycle from planning to post-deployment support. Monitor product performance and manage delivery timelines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive collaboration across diverse teams, including technical experts and business stakeholders, fostering a motivated and goal-oriented environment.
- Application Governance & Oversight: Define and enforce governance policies to ensure consistent standards across all ServiceNow applications.
- ServiceNow Platform Management: Oversee platform configuration and manage enhancements and integrations with strict adherence to best practices.
- CMDB & Discovery Tool Oversight: Direct the management of the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and oversee the implementation of the ServiceNow Discovery tool.
- Agile and Iterative Delivery: Support agile methodologies to enhance project delivery responsiveness and flexibility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate technical information and project status to diverse audiences, promoting transparency and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process enhancements to elevate product delivery and platform performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of configurations and produce regular reports to track project and product readiness.
- Training and Support: Provide training sessions and support to internal teams and end-users, ensuring smooth transitions with new ServiceNow capabilities.
What You'll Need
Required:
- 7+ years in IT product development, with experience in managing timelines and release planning.
- 5+ years leading technology solution delivery in complex environments.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development, implementation, and enhancement.
- Experience with CMDB governance and ServiceNow Discovery tool implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as SharePoint 365 and Azure DevOps.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in aligning ServiceNow products with enterprise architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and solution testing.
- Familiarity with government IT programs or large-scale projects.
- Certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Project Management Professional.
Physical Demands:
- This role involves sedentary work primarily involving office-based tasks.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive pay range of $85 - $95 per hour, influenced by various factors including experience and education. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, access to a 401k retirement plan, and paid time off as per applicable laws.
Location: This position is fully onsite in Tallahassee, FL.
