Key ServiceNow Role

The role of ServiceNow Architect will provide strategic direction for the internal platform to address IT hardware asset lifecycle management process needs.

• Review business requirements and determine best-fit solutions on the platform.
• Review current state of the Configuration (CMDB) and Asset Management Databases (AMDB).
• Create and update user stories for developers.
• Review, document, and guide changes to the platform.
• Integrate with third-party data sources like Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager.

Qualifications include knowledge of Scripting, ITSM Pro suite, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Common Data Model. Relevant certifications such as Certified Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist are required or considered an asset. About the Job
