Requirements

Candidates must have solid knowledge and proven experience in:

Preparing and conducting workshops for requirements gathering

Configuring functionalities related to ServiceNow modules

Customizing new functions, reports, or related objects

Running sprint review demos with customers and stakeholders

Nice to Have

Strong communication and documentation skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Relevant ServiceNow certifications

Location

Remote – candidates from any country are welcome.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
