ServiceNow CSM Architect Job Description
The ServiceNow CSM Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow platform and CSM
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow CSM solutions
- Define and document technical solutions that address client business problems
- Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM modules and workflows
- Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and tools Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in ServiceNow implementation with minimum 3 years of experience working as an Architect for ServiceNow CSM
- Very strong technical skills and experience
- Software architecture & design experience
