ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow capabilities to improve the program's global effectiveness and drive cost savings.

• The role involves developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, plug-ins, and solutions to meet system stakeholder requirements.
• The ideal candidate will participate in Scrum ceremonies and discussions with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintenance of on-premises Service Now infrastructure using RHEL7/RHEL8 and Windows Server 2019 server operating systems is also required.
• This includes building, administering, and maintaining on-premises MariaDB databases used by the Service Now application.
• The selected candidate will configure the environment to meet STIG compliance and harden the modified version of Tomcat included in the Service Now application.
• Additionally, they will coordinate with Network Operations to build, maintain, and troubleshoot load balancing/application proxy F5 BigIP entries for the Service Now application instances.
