Job Title: Integration SME ServiceNow/Workday (Copilot Studio)

We are seeking a dedicated Integration SME ServiceNow/Workday (Copilot Studio) to join our dynamic team. As an Integration SME ServiceNow/Workday (Copilot Studio), you will be an integral part of the IT Solutions Department supporting the ServiceNow and Workday platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Workday platforms to streamline business processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Document integration processes and provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and platform enhancements to recommend improvements. Requirements:
• Proven experience with ServiceNow and Workday integration projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• 4+ years Deep expertise in configuring and integrating ServiceNow or Workday
• ~10+ years in a customerfacing role, Ability to guide enterprise customers through complex technical solutions, including workshops and enablement.
• ~2+ years experience working with conversational AI platforms, preferably Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building and extending AI agents.

This is a full-time position with a contract duration of 18 months, with potential for extension. You will have access to standard equipment and software necessary for the role, and work in a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diversity.
