ServiceNow Sr. Associate

• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our Consulting practice.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and configuration management, with expertise in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• A minimum of three years of experience managing large-scale systems is required.
• The selected individual will provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate ServiceNow performance, isolate and debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution.
