Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and management of our ServiceNow platform. This key role will be responsible for defining specifications, providing technical leadership, and evaluating platform performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile-based project delivery.
- Evaluate platform performance, identify issues, and develop recommendations for resolution.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the ServiceNow application and implement modules and integrations.
- Create custom applications and configurations using JavaScript.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience managing large enterprise systems, with at least three years of ServiceNow platform management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver agile-based projects.
- Strong customization skills using JavaScript.
