About the Job

As a vital part of the world's largest humanitarian network, you will implement and support ServiceNow's HR Module, advising stakeholders on platform functionality and optimizing existing solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the ServiceNow system.
• Maintain, develop, and revise all proof of configuration, knowledge articles, SOPs, and other documentation.
• Customize forms, workflows, UI actions, Business Rules, Service Portal, system imports, Business Analytics, reporting, and Service Catalog Partners.
• Test and coordinate UAT testing, training, and communications. Administer security to ensure data protection and privacy. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or HR (required).
• Minimum 7 years of related experience (preferred).
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow administration and upgrade activities (highly preferred).
