Enterprise ServiceNow Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.

This role involves overseeing our organization's strategic approach to leveraging ServiceNow technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design and develop innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and foster alignment with organizational goals.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project needs.

Must have experience with designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments, architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols, and developing strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components. Strong familiarity with ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience is necessary.
