About the ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role

• This is a key member position of the implementation project team.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating current processes with customers through workshops and establishing future-state processes.
• Designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture that ensures sustainable success.
• Advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance business processes.
• Assisting customers in completing necessary documentation.
• Maintaining skills/certifications as per team requirements.
• Leading all technical aspects of project and solution delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience within a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer environment.
• Expertise in IT domain related to ServiceNow products.
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.
• Proven success in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
