About the ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role
- This is a key member position of the implementation project team.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating current processes with customers through workshops and establishing future-state processes.
- Designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture that ensures sustainable success.
- Advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance business processes.
- Assisting customers in completing necessary documentation.
- Maintaining skills/certifications as per team requirements.
- Leading all technical aspects of project and solution delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience within a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer environment.
- Expertise in IT domain related to ServiceNow products.
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.
- Proven success in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach.
