Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

This senior technical consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage ServiceNow best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) configuration and development.

• Serve as the technical expert for ITAM by configuring Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities using ServiceNow best practices
• Support ITAM-specific process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with key customer stakeholders

Requirements:

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, with relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM
• At least 5 years of experience in configuration/development for complex technologies, including integrations and portals
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management best practices and related systems such as CMDB, SAM, and HAM
