ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

A skilled ServiceNow Engineer is needed to join our team in Charlotte, NC, working 3 days a week onsite in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization, as well as knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Certifications (Required/Preferred): SE2 – Mid-Level Engineer:

• (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator
• 2–3 years of ServiceNow experience
